Almanac Technologies of Denver, CO is seeking to hire a full-time Payment Processing Representative to review and coordinate payments and activity with various trusts according to the appropriate laws, the client's requirements, and established deadlines. This entry-level position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15-$17/hr based on experience. As a Payment Processing Representative, you spend the majority of your time in a professional office environment. You process accounting production workflow data and ensure daily deadlines are met. In this entry-level position, you review and coordinate payments and process documentation with various trusts. You reconcile information across systems and assist with audits. Your attention to detail helps you increase efficiencies within the Accounting department.

You provide internal and external clients with the highest quality of service. If requirements change with a client or with the law, you can identify where these changes may impact your current processes, recording, and reporting. You excel in a fast-paced environment. Our team depends on your accuracy so that they can make quality decisions that benefit our clients and employees. Education, Formal Training, or Certificates:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • degree in Accounting or similar field preferred but not required


  • Basic to intermediate use of Excel and office products
  • Must be a quick learner and a self-starter
  • Must be a good listener, and able to communicate effectively.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • High level of professionalism

  • The typical schedule for this entry-level position is full-time hours Monday through Friday and may require some overtime.
