PPA Team Lead

The PPA Team Lead position is responsible for assisting the Customer Success Manager with daily, weekly and monthly audits. The Team lead will ensure that all drafting payment agreements and stipulations for all states including mailing, emailing and/or faxing to the consumer, attorney or third party within established guidelines are done timely and efficiently. This position is responsible for creating, building and innovating a large volume of standard operating procedures within the department. The team lead will also assist with production and processing documents under short deadlines in each of our operating states. The PPA team lead is required to review setup, file and default all signed payment agreements, while carefully monitoring the pay schedule and sending late payment letter under established guidelines.  This position requires great attention to detail and accuracy and works in a fast-paced, get-it-done environment.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree or above preferred.
  • Previous experience in the legal industry preferred
  • Previous experience in the collections industry preferred.
  • Exhibits basic knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent troubleshooting and business-to-business communication
  • Must be self -motivated and reliable
  • Full-time Monday through Friday

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Performs continuous audits and reports back to management.
  • Assist with training and development of co-workers within the department.
  • Helps update and innovate current processes and documenting within (SOP's) Standard operating procedures.
  • Drafts all partial payment agreements (PPAs) Stipulations, Post Judgment and Front line agreements.
  • Sends agreements to consumer, attorney or third party through email, fax, or mail
  • Review and setup of signed payment agreements
  • Monitor pay schedules
  • Works with management on coding and automation projects
  • Ability to review and identify late payments or broken agreements
  • File all signed stipulations with courts
  • File motion for default on broken agreements
  • Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills and customer service provision
  • Types 50 Words per minute or more
