This role of our Receptionist involves managing consumers, visitors, telephone calls and messages in a professional and efficient manner that provides an exceptional experience.  In addition, the Receptionist performs various clerical duties which support the presentation and operation of our company.  The Receptionist is responsible to greet customers (both in person, by phone, and by email) in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner while, at all times, upholding and exemplifying our goals, values, and strategy.  Our receptionists are fundamental to our company as they present the first impression to our customers and clients.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service oriented environment required.
  • Previous experience with CISCO phone systems preferred
  • Previous experience with a collections management system (CLS) preferred
  • Previous experience with wordPerfect preferred
  • Bilingual - Spanish reading and writing preferred
  • Exhibits basic knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Full-time Monday through Friday


  • Exhibits superior customer service in both attitude and experience
  • Effectively manages large volumes of incoming calls and frequent visitor traffic and inquiries.  Will serve between 20-30 walk in consumers and receive 100-500 or more incoming external calls and up to 50 internal calls per day
  • Is proactive, clear, and complete in communicating with internal staff
  • Gladly maintains safe and clean reception area in order to provide an exceptional first impression to our visitors
  • Efficient with data entry and proper handling of mail
  • Smartly maintains security awareness by monitoring visitor access through proper communication, validation, and documentation.
  • Brings a can-do attitude to work each day and always looks for ways to contribute to our company's success


  • Hourly range: $14.00 - $15.00
